市场／产品营销经理 Marketing/Product Manager
工作职责／Responsibilities
- Product market research
- Define product specifications and product requirements developments
- Develops strong product positioning and ensures existing and future company products are marketed in China
- Work with sales teams to market products in an efficient manner
- Contribute to product positioning and business partnership efforts
- Market analysis including target segments, competitive analysis and industry trends Assist distributors/partners at trade shows, partner events and as a subject matter and market expert on sales calls.
资历要求／Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in chemistry or marketing from a widely respected university
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with painting product or related industry
- Experience in market research and product defining
- Senses the latest information technology, buying and competitive trends
- Sound knowledge about dynamics and technologies in painting product industry
- Driven self-starter good at self discipline, self motivation and self management
- Excellent presentation skills, people handling skills and communication skills, in both public and private circumstances, in written format and spoken forums
- Bright, energetic and quick learner good at logic thinking and clear reasoning
- Fluency in written and spoken English
业务拓展／销售经理 Sales Manager
工作职责／Responsibilities
- 识别和发展潜在客户、经销商和合作伙伴
- 同客户、经销商或合作伙伴协作，拟定产品和服务的提升改进建议书，以便公司产品和服务最好地满足客户需求。
- 产品市场调研，了解竞争对手产品的性能和销售情况，拟定公司产品定价建议。
- 准备、商谈和确定合作协议和销售合同
- 维护和改善客户关系并解决系列业务问题。
资质要求／Required Qualifications
- 化工或相关专业本科毕业
- 5年油漆涂料或相关行业工作经历
- 至少3年成功的销售经历
- 丰富的油漆涂料行业背景知识和产品知识
- 良好的自律、自我激励和自我管理能力
- 优秀的口语和书面表达能力、良好的人际关系处理能力，出色的语言沟通能力。
- 良好的英语阅读和书写能力。
高级研发工程师２名 Senior Engineers
工作职责／Responsibilities
- 制定公司产品研发路线图
- 公司现有产品的品质提升和改进
- 负责公司新产品的研发
- 同生产部门协同合作，确保各项产品的合格生产
要求：
- 化工涂料专业大学本科以上学历，中级以上职称
- 丰富的溶剂型涂料/油漆的专业知识和优秀的研发技能
- 五年以上溶剂型涂料和/或水性涂料的研发经验
- 五年以上涂料分析、化验工作经验,精通溶剂型涂料和/或水性涂料的生产工艺流程
- 知名涂料/油漆公司工作的经验
- 极强的钻研精神、创新精神和敬业精神
- 积极上进，诚实守信，良好的职业操守。
车间主任１名 Manufacturing Director
工作职责／Responsibilities
要求：
- 化工涂料专业大学本科以上学历，中级职称
- 有八年以上涂料分析、化验工作经验,熟悉溶剂型涂料和水性涂料的生产工艺流程
- 至少两年涂料生产车间主任的工作经验
- 出色的技术工作组织领导能力。
- 优秀的沟通能力和丰富的车间生产管理能力
- 品行端正，具有良好的职业道德
